At Perfect Step, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and affordably. We want to ensure your journey with us is smooth from the moment you click "buy" to the moment you take your first step in our footwear.
Shipping Rates
To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat shipping rate on all orders:
Standard Shipping: 200 (flat fee)
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our carrier, you can generally expect delivery within:
Major Cities: 3–5 business days
Regional Areas: 5–7 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Missing Items
Perfect Step is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the shipment carrier, and reach out to our support team for assistance.
